It took a bit to get w7 to work cause the mobo supports w10 but I got w7 to work and I am happy happy happy. I will never allow w10 on any pc of mine. EVER!! lol

funny i said no to W7 to.....then uhmmm succumbed to the darkside lol.....tip if you do go for newer OS use DLCOMPARE for the key!  got mine for $7! downloaded Win 10 64  bit fro MS used the key i bought just remember to sync the account with hotmail that way  you can always re activate as its tied to system parts.As for build way i look at it MB/CPU important you want that to last maybe 4 yrs before next upgrade,Graphic cards  A do you really need the dog bollocks top range  B to[ range card is going to be in 2 yrs down to the  last 2 yrs prices,as for storage M2 sata are getting cheaper and faster and a heck lot smaller[ about  5 inch long]......oh look into water cooling to,i just used the rubber tubbing not confident on the the hard PET tube my watercooling come in at around in your $ about $200.......one tip will give is CASE you need air to move....that case is a 2yr old themaltake X81 full tower....this build is all AMD me and intel dont get on! lol it  hates me

If you mean Modern Warfare 2019 prob same for others, main screen in Cod bottom Options Audio allow Voip for in game,,when in lobby waiting to join look at bottom of screen you will see mute all,click on that to turn it on or off, if you want to set up Teamspeak 3,you will have to down load  it...https://www.teamspeak.com/en/downloads/

when you have that at top Tools scroll down to options  Capture and Playback select you mic and sound card and click apply,then on this forum left see teamspeak click on team speak and it will bring you in,then get some one in game [Xi]to allow you on ts,then you can move yourself to channles

ok  try these i am running amd Ryzen 5 2600x 32gb 3000mhz RX580oc Nitro....Aorus gaming board.... first any overclocking software or overclocks turn it back to stock,turn overclocking software off some had problems with these..... ok these are my settings!! tada

Monitor refresh rate - set to what yours is...but make sure you have installed the monitor drivers! if not it will stick to 60

Render resolution set that to your screen  100 is 1080x1050

Aspect ratio again wide screen is  16.9

V sync enabled[ most prefer it disabled so try both]

Custom framerate ..i have on custom...in advanced  61/60 /30

Nvidia high;ights...turn that off...known to cause issues

Display Gamma-- 2.2rgb other one is for tvs

Texture resolution Low

Texture  filter Anisocopic -high

Particle Quality -low

Bullet impact -enabled

Tesselation- near

Shadow map resolution -High

Cache spot/ sun shadows- enabled

also some have Nat problems make sure it says Open[bottom left screen]...only way to cure the restricted is Portforwarding or access router and change Nat settings..

Also check video and sound settings up to date,also  make sure you have allowed it through fire wall or any other antivrus,  check battlenet agent exe not  blocked[ can see that if active in task maanger]..... hope it helps had lots of problems to  mine mainly DX crashes but these setting solved it...good luck

B guessing cod? turn off weapon and world blur

C if playing cod Modern Warfare 2019, you can set monitor refresh rate in options,one below that set that to 150[cant remember it at mo lol age!] that gives you screen 1080 x 1050 hd display 100 i think is 1366 x 768 or 1360 x768

D if your using a dvi cable it locks it at 60mhz,,,,,,,,,hdmi  or Display port cables will give you the 75hz

best thing is find card you want and spend a few hours looking around,prices vary a lot shop to shop for same card

besides obvious in the options audio to turn in game voice on lol when in game  in lobby or in game look at bottom of screen menu bar, theres a speaker icon make sure not got x and mute all ,if it has click on if it possible
