after i posted above i then read ur post above mine...lol ...guess it was harddrive that was bad lol..nj i would say that 9 times out of 10 that bsod usually a bad harddrive issue....1 out 10 is bad memory issue

could be harddrive error as well....try different harddrive see if it still crashes....if it does my guess is memory bank slots are bad which means mobo is probably bad...which mobo being bad is still a possibility reguardless too...

just take it to auto parts store like autozone or o reileys they have testers for that....its the best way to find out

just as an fyi....i am having surgery 2morow and dont know how long i may or may not be out of action....it more than likely be a few days if longer i will let ppl know...but i have a bone spur on my left big toe which is causing an infection that is not healing...so my foot doctor wants to go in cut my toe open and shave the bone spur off so she can clean out all the infection then close up...from what i hear this can be very painful procedure...my main concern is im a diabetic and healing could be the hardest part of recovery...so wish me luck...im just glad that i will be asleep during this ...shew!! lol...i really dont want to see or feel this being done lol...but anyways i have to be at hospital at 10:30 am...suppose to have surgery around noon...i hope sooner..as im not allowed to eat or drink after midnite...i know im goin to be very hungry afterwards lol...but either way queencobra will keep updates as necessary if things change..me being a heart patient is kinda risky when being put to sleep for these kinds of surgeries...thanx i ll get back as soon as i can....
