Hasn't 'science' proven that even vaccinated people are catching and spreading the variants?

Not sure if this will ever end. There will be other variants of covid that will allow this to continue. I am vaccinated....I am a first responder. But I absolutely do not believe in mandates and don't believe it is my responsibility to worry about another persons fears. Vaccines help, but are not going to stop this. When does it end? How many boosters will it be considered to be fully vaccinated? My liberty stops when I die not when others fears take control.

My company now mandates the vaccine and everyone must show proof by November 1st to remain employed.
