It works in spectating if there is someone else in spectator with you. I have spoken to many in spectator using the Z key.

I use the Z key for in game chat and have no problems.

I have noticed no difference in speed/ping when using it.

I use Windscribe ( https://windscribe.com/ ). It is free and it works awesome. I found this video on youtube that shows how to get an IP on steam. If I was understanding it correctly it can only be done to someone who is on your friends list. I am not sure it was you that was a target but maybe the server you were in was being ddos.

@ausimatador please install steam again. There are enough of us here to help walk you through setting it up.

The shipping date always changes as you are looking at the date if you order on that date. You can also use your CD key from your original game. You do not need to use the new cd key. I would not worry. If things go sideways you can always call ebay and get a full refund. Maybe contact the seller and let them know the cd key is showing for the world to see. It is not partially showing the entire key is visible. Ask for a partial refund for showing the cd key in the picture. Rose, what graphics card do you have?

OK, try reinstalling it and do not uninstall it. Install it over top. When is the last time you did a windows update. That is one of the things that seems to help out more often than not.

Did you uninstall before you reinstalled it? If you did try installing without uninstalling it. That link is from back in 2015. I am not sure if it that download will help but it doesn't hurt to try.

I tried connecting to the waw server a few times last night. Played 30 seconds and when the map changed it froze. It did it twice and I said screw it LOL I'll try again tonight.

Ya mean green eggs and ham right? LOL Yes it had updates but that link will have the updates included in it. I have a 64 bit system and I used the TS3 64 bit and it gave me headaches. The 32 bit works smooth and without any issues.
