This worked and good to know Rather simple too... Trick computer into thinking there is a problem with at least 3 shutdowns during loading, Then wait for repair screen to come up, Act like you are installing drivers then cancel and go into windows/system32 folder and find Utilman and rename to Utilmana then locate cmd and rename Utilman...Restart computer and click ease of access tab which will; now give you command prompts and reset password for user...Then go back to system 32 and change the names back...Done !
