pcpartpicker.com is also a good site. you can make multiple builds and see what the price would be and make adjustments while using cpubenchmark/gpubenchmark to see all the pros and cons those components. Just don't skimp on your power supply. Think ahead and grab one that exceeds your power needs for future tech and get a good quality power supply. Stay away from the super cheap high watt power supplies.

well as far as checking the ram. the only way to really check is to remove all ram sticks but one and run the pc for a while on it to see if it blue screens. sometimes the stress test pass and you might still have a flaky dimm. Just a thought to try before nuking the drive and starting over.

you could also try to reseat the graphics card itself. Just to eliminate that as and issue. Also check the fans for dust and dirt and to make sure they spin up. I have heard of some cards causing a blue screen for heat issue as well as a memory module failing on the card. The error could also be caused by a failing power supply. Sounds crazy but bad or too little power can cause all kinds of errors.

couldn't hurt running a memory test. Possible future memory stick failure. I had a similar issue with my old computer. Random blue screens. Different codes. started to happen more and more then mem test found a bad dimm.

front and read facing cams should be a mandatory standard in all new cars. Its good for insurance and safety. As cheap as cameras are now days there is no reason not to have them as part of all new cars. Too many people out there being asshats.
