Imagine if people had to play this game with P2P and hosting.

I suppose the biggest question to ask is whether or not people would get bored with it. There are a couple other gametypes that would be really cool but unless there is constant and relatively fast paced action with lots of goodies it wouldnt work.

This is how it should be. Players tend to do better with some weapons than others based on their style of play. It doesnt take much. Could even simply be the size of the weapon on your screen. Maybe the length of time it takes to raise the weapon after you sprint. Many more things as well that all affect how accurate a player is. If they didnt there would be no need for them all. Just make one gun that works the same for everything and switch out the gun model. Glad you found one to your liking that fits yours.

You dont have to worry. Nor would you immediately have to blame the mod or the server when things dont work right because of it.

Hard to really say one way or another what would have happened without a western front. The Soviet Union definitely had the man power but Germany had a juggernaut of an army and air force. Also the will to be totally brutal and a war industry Stalin couldnt match. Which is why he pushed hard for a western front. They were bleeding to death and he knew if things continued as they were they would lose. There would be nothing left to fight with. If Germany was able to continue unhindered they likely eventually would have done the same kind of thing as we did to Tokyo and burned everyone left in the city. Conflicting files would boot you with a filesum error on round changes. But never in the middle of a round. Most of the time this is an issue people dont see because most servers are not round based and thus never go to a round 2.

Neither are in the actual map rotation file. Just checked. However it would require a server restart to clear out the rotation and reload the changed one.
