A religious family in the next town over demand that a manger display be placed next to your snowmen for equal representation.
The police come to arrest your stark naked snow man and snow woman for indecent exposure.
Your local clergyman wants to know if they cohabitate and not married. Not that there is anything illegal about it of course.
The city arrives and demands to see if you have a permit for your snowman. If not, it will be red tagged and no further work can be done on it.

True. Without details we cant really make any kind of reasonable judgement about the event in question. The video itself would likely answer a great many questions but its in the hands of the cops.
That said, living in a society where you cant pull a stupid and foolish prank without fear of being shot to death is pretty bad. Back in the day, an idiot like this might simply get his ass kicked but not shot. Not that we can do anything about it anymore. Too far gone.
