I definitely want to continue to develop our Insurgency servers. Unfortunately for me, I've fallen prey to the no-time-for-shit syndrome that has plagued the servers for some time. With my situation changing drastically and my inevitable withdrawal from the "Breakfast Club" my only real time to game may be later in the evening. I prefer the PVP mode of play. Bots just don't excite me much. Hard to congratulate a bot on a nice kill like you would another human player. Their stupidity is matched only by their numbers, which all too often decides the win. To me that's just a recipe for frustration. Don't count our servers out. I'm hoping one of us will eventually be able to circle back around and provide some quality technical/admin support for this game. I like Insurgency a lot.

DM1 today moves into "Best Of" mode. Gone are the abysmally dark maps, the maps where it seems you're doing nothing but tripping over shit, and other maps that are dreary, depressing, and ridiculously off color. I get that some people like all that, so something that's proclaimed to be the "best of" is bound to be subjective, but come on in and see if you don't agree that these are the maps you'd really rather play on. I've taken a lot of time going through all the COD5 maps to pull out the very best. There are a lot of them, so don't worry that variety is going to suffer. It won't. And as with most things, this is a work in progress and I still have some maps that haven't been reviewed yet, but there's only a few of those at this point. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome. I still also like the idea of doing something completely different from time to time. Things like "Technicolor Thursday" or "Shutgun Saturday" etc., so that might happen sometimes, too.
