    Yes they run to the sea if they can. Those 2 pictures are the same fish. I caught one bigger a few years back but I think the picture is on my older pc. I'll try and find it. A fellow across the river from me in a canoe caught 2 that weekend 24 inches.

    Brook trout are great. They are our native trout here in New Brunswick Canada. We wait every year for the ones who have gone out to sea to return. They are awesome, they taste better than they look.

    Well the power company cut down about 20 trees around the power line outside my camp. I hired a fellow to remove the brush as the camp is 2.5 hours away. He was surprised by this hen grouse put the run to him. After investigating he found this nest and left her alone. We will move the rest of the brush after the chicks hatch and leave. Look at the pics. Weed

    Thanks everyone. I had a great day. Left work early picked up some strip loins for the BBQ. My mom and Dad, Daughter and Son-in law joined my wife and I for a great meal and cake. Little BooBoo even enjoyed a piece of fat from one of the strip loins. Thanks a bunch Weed!
