IMO if someone is "to good" on every single map there is a reason for it. No one is GODLIKE on every single map, every day of the week unless they find "the perfect camping spot" on every single map.  If he/she is then the admin team needs to look into them. There is a high probability that player is either cheating with a Hack tool or a program like was used in Battlefield recently to change LOD settings (which they now Ban your ass for). OR he/she exploits the use of game files by changing certain settings to remove all foliage,grass,trees and makes certain textured walls transparent. Which can be done on COD2,4 and 5.
That I consider cheating as well because PB would normally kick you for changing LOD settings lower than they would normally go by setting your textures on Low and PB would ban you for changing certain other settings.

Here is my issue.  Many "professional" players run the spawn points.  Thats it.  Had that happen to me the other night with a player that many dont like.  Had a full crew playing and one by one they left.  Was just me and the player in question and he was just spawn raping me.  He was up on high ground and just scoped the sequential spawn points and picked me off.   That is not a "professional" player.  Thats against the rules.

World class....? really?   why would a world class player be on one of your servers to play,shouldn't he or she be in tournaments or practicing with their team mates for the next one....that would be like a major league baseball player getting in a softball league of middle aged men...how fun would that be for them?....and why would they?
but I have yet to see a legitimate world class player as you mentioned in here ....it's just guys who have nothing better to do than do whatever it takes to win...hhmmm....I always love it when an admin says I was filming him and I couldn't catch anything....do you ever check stats on game tracker ,or watch their style of play or some of the no way in hell kills they get or their gifted vision knowing where everyone is...? or how many hits it takes to bring them down compared to the rest of the players(including,known good players....?) or how easily they can kill someone with limited shots or the one shot pistol kills,even from extreme distance....you really think just watching them on film is going to catch them....It's the job of the admins. to be a detective not just an observer,but to protect the game and keep it fair for all the regulars and noobies that enter...
If I come into a game with legitimate questionable players I simply go to another server because I know nothing will be done except the dragging of heels because someone with authority can't or is too afraid to make the call or a decision.I know a lot of other players do the same and more than half the time go to another non XI server.
I haven't said anything for a while but now it's getting out of hand....you finally got rid of one such player ,btw one who WAS a giant hack.(and please don't say it was because how he wasn't playing as a team mate either...I will give no name because we all know who I'm talking about.So if you can pull the trigger on this guy......

I enjoy playing on your servers,have been since 2007 but all in all, I will just continue to go somewhere else until the player(s) in question is gone from the server .....or maybe.....has been banned.
I will still continue playing here because you have good servers and members and I have a lot of fun goofing around and laughing with them while I game but will just have to shut my mouth and leave when someone like this comes in.

I will not go about tell you what you should buy and put in the box (CPU and  or GFX card) although Intel/Nvidia is my personal preference...BUT, I can tell you that if you buy a great case, and a powerful/well built PSU, this is like getting a better foundation for a new building. I recommend a full ATX case which is solid in construction.
 
The PSU you picked seems to be a top dog, so congrats....for the GFX card, well I'm jelly. Got a 1070 here, still fits the bill nicely for my needs.
 
 
I got an older Coolermaster ATCS all aluminum full ATX and a XFX 850 watts 80+ silver(a Seasonic silver that I have kept along with 3 builds.......
 
As for my recommendation for mobos...I always been an ASUS fan, but I got issues, so I'm rocking an MSI mobo since...holding the overclock quite nicely.
EVGA used to be the holy grail of GFX cards vendors, but since they killed the lifetime warranty, its not as important....but EVGA used to give you an upgrade when you RMA a defective card....nice.

The way it has been in the past.. AMD are closer to their max clock speeds out of the box compared to Intel's. Intel has a larger buffer before reaching max clocking speed making them a better chip to overclock compared to AMD. 

And just because I have have about the exact same system as @@Mule running a i4790k, Same case, same CPU and Same Cooling system...  does not mean either of our chips will do better than their other at overclocking. It is a chip by chip basis. Some are better quality than others.. just like a diamond. He might can push go 4.8mhz with stability and I might not get past 4.6mhz before I start experiencing problems.  This holds true for every CPU. 
 

For thoeof you who don't have me as a friend on facebook and that has supported me with well wishes and or financial support , I have an update as to what is happening for me now! Yesterday was my date for assessment as to whether I qualified for the program in Washington state for assisted living. I was easily qualified and now on to the next stage of me finding a place I like that has an opening so I can be where I am no longer a burden to family and friends. My day was long and exhausting but extremely rewarding because not only was my assessment successful but I had some quality time with my son and grand daughter! I miss both of them so badly! Win7 is, was and always will be the answer to any win10 trouble shooting question. God bless.
