  1. Yeah Right. Your scoping out........ Another Piece of Meat !!!
  2. Caption This ???? Timmah, the perv (or stalker) who records strangers in a parking lot. For "Nefarious" reasons.
  3. The impeller in our outboards water pump needs replace. Dealer of course would charge $1000. We are going to tackle it ourselves. Five bolts to remove lower unit and a $60 rebuild kit. Knock on wood it shouldn't take too long. Famous last words !!!
  4. The deck above the boat-well takes a beating from the sun and gkids. Need to research preservatives. Thompsons's never seems to last long.
  5. I can relate. We haven't dealt with a boat ramp since the 70's We had to redo our lift and seawall about 5 years ago. I need to clean and re-seal the deck this spring.
  6. Clean your guns !!! Things can get bumpy in this year !!!
  7. Larson does have some nice looking boats. I remember in the 70's Larson seemed to have each model in either a "Deep V" or "Tri-Haul" design. Never cared for Tri-Hauls. Too damn bumpy. My cousins family had a Glasstron Tri-haul boat and we had a 18' Larson open bow deep V. We had a Evinrude 150XP two stroke and they had a 150 Merc outboard on the Glasstron Tri-haul. We had a yearly race and a trophy that went with it. I really like the Larson. Ended up about sinking the damn thing. My dad docked it at the local Moose club and didn't realize it was parked over a 50 gallon barrel. They used 50 gallon barrels with the dock posts cemented in them. Well the boat bounced up and down on the edge of the barrel. Cracked the haul. And of course we didn't realize it until the ass end filled up with water. Barely made it back to our boat lift. Thats when we traded it for the Viking prototype deep V. The Viking was nice but I liked the Larson better. Some of the Mariah boats are nice too. All you boater in the clan, check out "The Chit Show" on YouTube !!! Its a boating channel that is very cool. Boat show coverage and boat ramp coverage. Some crazy shit happens at the boat ramps !!! Watch this one !! This guy drives his boat onto the back of another !! Crushes the ship out of the motors !!
  8. Oh, I would have to have a 70's model with an outboard. Little 2 or 4 seater.
  9. Yeah. Nice lines. I remember when Bayliners hit the market. Most around our lake had Force outboards on them. Force didnt last too long. We owned a prototype Viking deep v bow rider back in the early 80's. Vikings were known for their Deck Boats and of course nice fishing cruisers. Love the shape of the big ass Vikings. The one we had was a one off haul. Was a nice 19' bow rider. Not sure why they didn't put them in production. Sold it and moved to a pontoon. But I would love to pick up an old Check Mate or Baja to go along with the Toon.
  10. Shaped like a Sea-Ray bow rider, but.... they usually have Merc drives.
  11. Glad in my area we dont have too many girly boys !!! My grandsons will all learn to be real men !! Hunt, fish and provide as my kids did. Plus my granddaughters will learn to do the same, plus learn to beat the shit out of boys too !!!
  12. So the first one didn't teach you anything ?????!!!!
  13. Remember !! Jesus hung with the sinners !!! And we all are !!!
  14. Your good !! I always joke Im blind in one eye and cant see out of the other They say its because my brain never learned to communicate with the eye. And they cant fix that yet.
  15. I was born with a cataract in one eye. Back then, they didn't operate on newborns like they do now. It wasn't until age 14 they removed it. But my eye never saw light, so even after surgery, I never gained sight in that eye. At every Dr. visit, I ask if there is any new advances to help me and the answer is no. So I do not know what it is like to see out of both eyes. Would be great to experience that, but at least I have one good eye !! Great to see these people regaining sight who lost it all. Who know maybe in the next few years they can give me a "Bionic" eye !!!!
  16. Punisher is a pain in the ass !!! I hope Frank isn't !!! Glad to see you finally get your tags. Hell we've played together well over 10 years !!
  17. I would need a 3 phase inverter also installed in my garage too. But well worth the cost to repair and fabricate things. Fun stuff.
  18. What kind of lathe do you have ? I've been looking for an old Bridgeport Manual Mill for a while locally. Hard to find one in which the "ways" are not worn and sloppy. But a lathe is on my list too.
  19. I have a few with EMG's and built a guitar and put a Fishman Fluence pickup in it. Those are pretty unique. Well at least on clean tones. If you play Metal tones, then pickups dont change the tone much. Unless your comparing a single coil to a humbucker. Here is a mutt I slapped together with an EMG81. Its a Fender Lead body with a Strat neck. The body was a wall hanger at a restaurant !!! Had a few screw holes to fill. Still had the fender markings in the neck and body cavities. Pictures are quite fuzzy, but you get the drift. Plays really nice, but weighs a damn ton. The weird shaped guitar is a clone of a Gibson Corvus. That one has the Fishman pickup. I put a roasted fender Tele neck on it. Been toying the idea of getting a CNC Router and making my own necks. It would speed up making bodies too.
  20. Never owned a Charvel guitar. Will be here tomorrow. Yee Haw !!!!
  21. Damn sounds familiar !! My wife and I had covid three times. Last one was this past December too. Ive had all my shots and was down real hard this last bout. Caught it first week of December and Im still not 100%. Second bout of covid I was down maybe a week. First bout, when the shit first showed up, I was down for a good month and didn't fully recover (If I did) until two months later.
  22. Fun, fun !!! Drive it much or just a show car driven a few miles a year ?
  23. You need some Fenders on the wall !!! Hell anything but Gibson !!!! Expand your horizon !! Im about ready to purchase a Schecter and a Charvel. Never owned anything from either company. Well they are owned by Fender. Been eyeing the new Kiesels (formerly Carvin) too. I had a Carvin built back in the 80's and the craftsmanship and playability is impeccable. I had not played that guitar in a few years and took it off the wall and played it. I forgot how great these Carvin/Kiesels are. Pricey, but well worth the money.
