My grandad carried a peice from Korea in his leg till the day he died. A small peice of hand granade just above his ankle. I've heard very few stories from it, he just didn't tell much about it.

There's a multitude of things to try if that doesn't work. sometimes simply plugging a microphone in will stop it. update sound drivers. change a certian file type, but I can't remeber which file. and the list goes on, hopefully your's can be fixed by one of these easy ones.

Surely by now everyone knows I'm a huge Skynyrd fan, so here it is all summed up in a song. My thought on the issues agrees with the song, not trying to push anything, just how I see it.

On the contrary, I find it much easier to live with guns in my house knowing that there are many criminals out there with weapons, and if one of them decides to enter my home uninvited and with the intention of harming my family, I can blow his fucking head off to protect my family. I don't call that living in fear, I call it insurance with peace of mind. People who break into homes knowing that somebody is there only do so with the assumption they aren't armed. In this case, they probably knew the parents were gone and didn't think a 14 year old boy was a problem. Fortunately for those kids, the intruder was wrong. That boy might need a lifetime of therapy to deal with the taking of a human life at such a young age, but I'm sure he would rather be in therapy than dead, or forced to live with one of his siblings being killed. Something does not turn good if the civil have to protect themselves against badguy. Maybe society need to be change. I'm not sure how many Police Stations there are or how many ACTIVE DUTY Poloice officers there are where you a from, but here, there are very few. In My particular case, the Police department itself is located on the OTHER side of town. We have a small number of police on duty at a time, they cover a Large area of several square miles. If you are so lucky to catch someone trying to get in before they actually make it inside your home, and you call 911 emergency number, you still have to survive while waiting on them. Again, in my particular case, It can be anywhere from a minute or 2, up to 15 to 30 minutes before any police arrive. Just yesterday afternoon I heard on my scanner a call for police to go to a certain location, they reply from all ON DUTY officers was, " It's gonna be a while." It was 15 minutes or longer before anyone came back to say they were on the way. I hear it very often when someone has come home to find someone in their house, and we have so few officers that it's a quite a while before they can get there to assist. Usually the intruder has suffcient time to get away. Yes, I'll keep a gun in my house.

Awesome story. Sad that this kid had to do it, but great that he had it in him to do it too.

I really like to wade the creeks, but it's getting to where you can't park your rig around here anymore. It just aint safe these days. As soon as I can afford it, I'm gonna buy an old junker, so I can leave it unattened on the backroads and no one will want it, lol. Then I'll get back to wading, but this will do for now.

but it yeild decent results, caught several, threw back the spawners, only kept 3 cats and a few bream. And I got our aquatic frog a friend, so 1 bream survived, and the rest got smoked and eaten.

I forgot to take a picture of it, but I will next time. Prepare catfish by skinning, gutting, and removing head. You can use fillets, but leaving it whole will give more flavor. Make a bowl from alluminum foil and place the fish in center, sprinkle a generous ammount of : Basil Oregano Ground Sage Zatarain's Creole Slap Ya Mama ( if you like a bite) Chop one small onion, and the greens too Slice tomato about 1/4 inch thick, then cut slice in half across center, place around fish. Pull up edges of foil to make the bowl shape, then pour in about 1/4 cup of beer, just enough to make it steam good. DO NOT close off the foil, just pull it together enough that it won't fall open, have to leave it open so the smoke can get in. Place it on as far from the fire as you can, and let that baby smoke for a while, mine smoked about 3 hours in meadium heat, using charcoal and cherry wood I did take a pic of the smoke rollin though, hehehe
