Mercy has been put on a heart healthy diet now.
We waitied two weeks for test result on her heart, and finally got them yesterday.
As most of you know and understand, the way I cook, is not exactly heart friendly. I need some new ideas, stuff that includes chicken for the most part, cause "lean" beef, just aint got it.
We have had beer braised chicken salad last night, and noodle salad tonight with the same beer braised chicken, and lots of vegetables. I have not put any salt on the chicken, only sage, oregano, parsley, basil, and black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
trying to stay away from anything with salt. bought a bunch of chicken tonight at the grocery store.
not to make it sound bad, but , some of you old timers, and even the younger ones, I need some help with hearth healthy meals. keep in mind that I grill/smoke A LOT!! which I know can be better as far as the grill part goes, smoking tends to need fat.

Simplemod, get your wife a raclette set, she knows what a raclette set is, just use low fat mozarella. Fondue is also a good idea, but only fondue chinoise. Make sure she stays away from cheese cake, sweets and any junk food. Take her out for sashimi, not sushi, stay away from rice of any kind. Get a dog, make sure she walks the dog at least twice a day.  MacDonalds, Burger Kind etc are a big no no.  Roasted or boiled potatoes, nothing deep fried.  BBQ everything and use very little or no oil if possible. Stay away from "powders", use fresh stuff: fresh garlic, fresh onions.  Get fresh fruit, if she's hungry make her eat fruit.  Open your fridge and chuck the sour cream, ice cream and whipped cream in the garbage. There are beef dishes you can make that are low fat and don't require any salt to taste good.  Naturally the best tasting cuts of beef have some fat, but if you use the right combination of marinades and seasonings, very lean beef can be tender and taste great.
 
The leanest cuts of beef are top round, tenderloin and sirloin. The last two don't require a lot of marinade to make them tender but they're more expensive than the top round which is basically thick muscle and you need to do something to it to make it edible. If you marinade a piece of top round overnight in something like red wine vinegar or lime/lemon juice, it breaks down the muscle fibers and makes it pretty tender. Get a couple forks and poke holes all through the meat so the marinade can get all the way in. Throw some extra light olive oil in the marinade (or something like Wishbone italian salad dressing) and it makes the meat a lot more juicy after it's cooked. Seasonings can be just about anything you like (except salt). Salsa is great in marinade, onions, garlic, it's all good. And remember when you grill meat the browning from the grill gives meat a salty taste without the salt, although I'll bet most doctors would probably think that's as bad or worse than salt.  You can also make beef stew or vegetable beef soup with top round as long as you cube the meat and let it simmer for at least a couple hours.

Joe, my 10-year old daughter (about 3 months ago) got 3 A's and 3 B's on her quarterly report card.  As a supervisor, I strongly believe in rewarding good performance, and as a father of a son and daughter, I especially believe in rewarding my children for extra chores and good grades.  I gave her $50 (U.S.) as a "bonus."  I told her that I would be happy to double her bonus when she got her next report card (read:  $100 for straight A's).  She said, "Dad, instead of money, can I get an IPhone 5 instead of money?"  I responded, "Geez, you don't ask for much, do you?"  I agreed to the challenge, part of me hoping she wouldn't do it, but part of me hoping she would.  She was pretty chipper 3 months later, when she ran up the stairs yelling, "Dad, I have my report card!!!"  That was on a Friday.  I saw her report card:  not only did she have straight A's, but she had O's for everything:  Effort, Achievement, Attitude, etc.  I was, of course, impressed and happy, but then, after realizing the promise, got quickly sullen.  Lol.  We went shopping for her IPhone 5 the next day.  I was offered an "insurance option," for only $6.50 per month, with the provider.  I asked, "What happens if she loses her phone?"  The response was, "Under the terms of the contract, you'll have to pay $650 (U.S.) for a replacement."  My response was, "We'll take the insurance."  What the heck, you only live once, and our goal (at least my goal) is to give our kids the kind of upbringing that we wish we had.  Heck, I grew up dirt-poor, and put myself through college, ultimately earning my MBA degree.  My wife is a teacher, long-in-the-tooth (JK), so she doesn't do too bad, either.  She had less-than-auspicious beginnings, also, and went to college on scholarships (which is where I met her.  That's a good place to meet your future spouse--in college, or other venues of higher learning.  It means you have goals for higher learning).  How many characters do I get in responding to posts?  I could go on, and on, and on . . . Danke & thanks! I have a slackware live cd laying around somewhere, I'll try that. I'm really afraid my data tables are fooked. So sad, had a lot of mp3 files from council meetings I hadn't backed up. My fault for not being diligent. Really didn't feel like crawling under the desk and fighting the dust bunnies......but it's about time.
On a happier note, now I can reload cod2 w/all the stock .iwd's in place.

After lots of trouble with my first painter, myself being in the hospital and finding a new painter (ditnt know it could be that hard)
I finally got my 69' Mustang Grandé painted!!!! It only took us like one year or so....
Next things are, completing the paintjob(hood, trunk and some small parts) after that I bring it to a saddler who is going to put the Vinylroof back on top of it.
After that i will bring it back into my new bigger garage and will complete it.
So i hope in one month i can start the reassembling.

Color looks amazing in real, its really intense and it is the original mixture like they where painted back in the 69ers.

It should be fairly simple to change it in game. Make a backup of your .cfg file, open it with notepad, hold Ctrl key and press F key. type in part of your name and press enter. it should find your name in all the jumble. change your name, leaving all other characters before it and after it unchanged, be sure not add any extra spaces in the code. save the file back to same place it came from. when you open your game, you will still your old names on the load profile menu, but in game it will appear as you changed it and you won't have to start over on your earnings. this is how I did mine when I got my >XI< member tags
