I would like to add to this. No offense intended Manthis, but saying its not fair because not everyone has a mouse with a scroll wheel is never gonna fly. Not everyone can afford a top of the line computer either, which can make a big difference in game play as well. It is what it is. Like Grey says, it doesnt alter files, so it stays.
 
Honestly, I dont mind it too much. Just makes me all the more happy when I can kill the fucker with the scroll wheel bound. =)

I've been working on weight loss myself. Not doing any particular diet. I pretty much just cut out all the nasty bad carbs and sugars, from sweets, chips, etc. Lots more protein and veggies for the good carbs. While not on the adkins diet, I do buy the Cark Chocolate Royale Adkins shakes, as I actually like them and they are a nice supplement to my new eating habits. I also found an awesome new kind of pasta that only has 5 grams of digestable carbs per serving. They are by a company called Dream Fields. Great stuff. My goal is 27 lbs and Im down 17 now with my new routine.
 
There is no one specific way to lose weight, but for sure you need something that you can maintain once your weight is off. Otherwise, you will find it all coming back later.

update.still stickin to diet which is really just not eating processed foods and sugars -its close to the paleo diet and consistently working out only 15 minutes before I hit the shower in the morning .Ive also experimented with different exercises and narrowed my routine to 3 or 4 exercises 3 reps of each and its full body and cardio standing still all with my kettle bell..I used to bike ride to from work 1- 3 times a week ..7 mile round trip up down hills with no results..So I still do this.The weight has come off fast so far and Im not starving.I'm eating whole foods ,more vegetables and no processed foods except for some salad dressings. ..I would still like to lose another 25lb eventually which will I think get tougher as it gets colder out since I workout on my deck and bike ride...Ive slimmed down and lost most of my belly and have gained more muscle especially in my arms and triceps -Ive still got those love handles and lower tummy to lose...
I lost 33lbs so far.

Just need to make this clear to everyone, there is no place that has >XI< attached to it that allows racist comments. That means servers, that means the website, that means Teamspeak. If you are heard or seen making these comments you will be banned i dont care if your my mother you will be banned, I dont care if its me I will be banned, I dont care if its your friend on your name you will be banned, I dont care if its your dog you will be banned.
