Here is the crack guys, the games market is soooo dominated by Xbox, PS and Wii, that PC games (which was all you could play on line a long time ago), now dominate what games companies design for. And as you cannot do any of the things what you can on a PC (Modding as far as I'm aware, run your own server etc. ), the games companies have what is important to them most, CONTROL over the gamers and how and what they buy. It's as simple as that, PC is a dying market, games consoles are where it is at for the big bucks, as PC titles sell very few compared to the rest. What the PC community is independent software designers, or bespoke to our market, to keep it going. I am currently playing WORLD OF TANKS, in open beta at the moment ( I started in closed beta), a so far free game, with great graphics and gameplay, and excellent structure. We need more of these developers.

I watch the progs. over the last 2 nights, basically, a chef over here went on trawlers fishing, and due to EU quotas, he was not allowed to keep and put to market about half the fish he was catching, most of them normal fish we eat like cod, pollock, haddock, and many other fish. (some were in the 20-40 lb size!!!) Bear in mind, we are talking millions of tonnes of british fish being thrown away each year. Hugh Fearney-Whittingstall then went to put forward the Discard (as its called) problem/waste to the EU commisioners and minister for fishing form respective eU countries, the bloody sSpanish and Dutch ministers said WHAT HE WA SAYING WAS FALSE, FECKING BULLSHIT, ITS WAS CAUGHT ON FILM, NOT ONCE, BUT SEVERAL TIMES. The EU is basically one big joke, a gravy train for people who know nothing of how to run things. £116billion is the bill to run the EU, £116billion too much. Agreed stool, its a disgrace and a travesty, millions of tonnes of food a year thrown overboard due to wrong fish being caught. In the second program, which was about Salmon farming and tinned fish, the jist is this: for every 1kg of Salmon, it takes 3kg of caught,dead processes fish made into pellets to feed it. Thats fucked. TESCO, our largest retailer by a mile puts on its tins its fish is caught ethically and with no harm caused to ther fish, yet there was Greenpeace interviewing some Ghanaian fishermen catch the fish for the tins, who said that turtles, sharks and dolphins were being caught, killed and dumped overbaord also, from 3000m long nets. This world is SOOO fucked up sometimes.

My folks still live in the house I lived in the first 25 years of my life, which has all the deeds for change of ownership going back to the first change they have in 1745 which is written on skin, but the house is earlier than that. The walls are on average 2 - 2.5ft thick solid stone, temperature though inside is cool in summer and warm in the winter, don't make houses like they used too eh!
