I just re-installed cod5 myself, and yes, theres a LOT of maps to download and takes forever, even with a fast IP :-)

_snow map mp is also a good shottie map. I don't remember the name of the pistol maps, I think kill house was one of them, they are usually smaller maps. Thanks Rugger!!

I want to provide some feedback regarding the new cod2 mixed server and ask all the cod2 players to do the same. I used to play cod2 dm all the time and got used to the mod and maps. I like the new one but not as much as the old DM. We don't have shotties and pistols maps only. The maps are ok, but there were maps on the old cod2 dm that were great and that are gone -hopefully not- forever. I would like to ask the adms if it would be possible to add some of the old dm maps to the current mixed server so it’s more balanced. I got the feeling that some of the players I used to play with at night are not playing as often as they used to do or are not showing up at all. I am not talking about clan members only, there were others who I haven’t seen for a while and that used to play quite often. Just my two cents, I don't want to come across as a whiner, just looking for a more balanced server... Thanks!

i use Roxio burn or Roxio creator. You should be able to burn dvds using WIndows DVD maker though...good luck :-)
