This problem has been happening for a couple of months now.... While playing on the Freezetag Beta and the Ace Mod, I will lose connection to the server. I have to completely turn off the game and restart for my connection to be restored. I can usually play for 5 to 10 min. before I lose the connection. If I look at my Internet Bandwidth Log using Bigfoot Network Manager, it shows a huge spike in the "Offload Bandwidth Rx". Whatever the hell that means. Any help will be appreciated.

I have been having ping issues also. It is not very often, but it has been happening.

Check your voltages. Low voltages can cause all sorts of problems that resemble hardware and software issues. I just went through two weeks of trying to track down why my computer was crashing. I thought it was one of my video cards because the screen would go black and then reboot. Sometimes it would take several hard restarts before the computer would actually start the OS. Using a utility for my motherboard, I discovered I was having low voltage issues. I changed the power supply and everything is as good as new.

I do not agree with the camping punishment. There are regulars to the server that camp. Not Spawn Camp, but just camp. Also, what of those who like to snipe on the larger maps. I agree spawn camping can be a problem. But, I think some people mistake spawn camping and just spawning in front of someone on the run. I have been accused of spawn camping for that reason. Anyone who knows how I play, knows that I do not sit still. Unless I am taking a drink or hit. Discrimination against a playing style is not the right move in my opinion. What if there is an outcry over using rockets or knifing or using bullets? The end result will be we all just sitting a in circle playing drums and handing each other flowers. I know the decision will be made on what the majority wants and I will stomp my feet and cry if the camping punishment stays. This is only my opinion. And as a member of this clan I hope it is respected and no hard feelings.

Campers need love too. I have nothing but love for campers. The key word is "Spawn" campers.

SPAWN CAPMERS MUST DIE A CRUEL DEATH!!!!! But I do not think we should persecute people who like to “camp”. Camping is a playing style, just like knifing only, run and gun or mostly using a rocket. Ask Budman about Rockets . Would it be possible to include invisibility to the spawn protection, similar to Freeze Tag? I think that could help eliminate spawn camping. Otherwise, I am all for some new bells and whistles. I think it would be like doing your wife after she had a boob job. It’s familiar, but new and exciting.

Try booting into safe mode and do a system restore back before the minecraft crash. If you cannot boot into safe mode, try completely powering down the computer and unplug it for a min. or two. Then try the same mode reboot and system restore. If still no luck, you may have to run a operating system repair from the installation dick. My kids are not allowed to touch my computer due to this very thing. My daughter crashed my computer twice to the point of a complete reinstall.
