Bogleg

I have started construction of my second COD4 map. Here is the rough outline: It's basically two islands in an obvious shape, with a big house/mansion in the middle of the X, and likely out buildings, etc. I am going to put in teleporters to get from island to island, etc. So anyway - I am looking for requests. If you want to put it in the map and I am smart enough to make it (a big if), let me know and I'll see what I can do. I already have Billyblade's basement room planned in my mind, and Chilly's manlove cave. I was thinking I might put in a stye for Llama.

I dunno man. I am in a serious bromance with my mate Lagavulin, and I don't know if I have the time or energy to spare for Fireball. Lagavulin seems to want to hang out every night. Problem is, he is an expensive friend to have.

Skybox is definitely that high on it... I guess the issue is that the tunnels aren't totally under the terrain patches so from above it might look pretty crappy. Hmm.

What do I need to do to accomplish that?

Thought I would start up a discussion for comments/criticisms/etc of my first map. I already noted that there is a spot in the axis spawn where you can get up on the cliffs and see over the wall and into the south tunnel - which means you can shoot into the tunnel from above, which is obviously a glitch. I will fix that up. I also know about the hanging barrel fragments on the stacked barrels underneath the allied spawn; not sure I can fix that or not. Any other issues? Fun map for sniping on the Chicago server.

I think I can provide you with a CPU, motherboard, and some memory. My old video card is shot unfortunately. It would be a dual core pentium 5 (like 2.6ghz?) , 4gb of ram and a strike extreme mobo. I think I still have those parts down in my basement somewhere.

See, you have to do the rage quit in proper fashion - you alt tab outta the game, pull up the task manager, and kill the process. Then it just looks like you went 999 on the server, so you can keep up appearances by saying you got an error and the game crashed, rather than what really happened. What I love is the "rage spectate." I have done this a few times myself. I do it in golf sometimes too (screw it I am just going to sit on the cart and drink beer while you guys play the green).
