When I get my ass handed to me in BF6, it is always by a console player. For those that do not play BF6, when you get killed, you see info on who killed you, the weapon they used and what platform they play on. It is very obvious that console players have an advantage through aim assist. I know that it is harder to aim with a controller than a mouse and keyboard, but the scales have been tipped too far in the consoles favor. It is very common that I will shoot at an enemy from 50+ yards away, most shots missing, giving away my position, and then they turn and every bullet from there gun that should not be that accurate from that distance. Furthermore, in a close combat situation, it is like playing COD. People jumping, turning in midair and landing every shot before their feet hit the ground. In Cross Play, BF6 is not what Battlefield is supposed to be. PC players cannot turn off Cross Play but console players can. Below is a good video of what I speak of. 刀evious 1 Awards

I get absolutely smoked playing this or the newer cod's. I'm no slouch with FPS's, but the cross play has ruined it for PC players. Hoth 1 Awards

I only have minimal hours in BF6 so I can't speak to how strong aim assist is in the game. (a solid game though) You defininlyl see it in Call of Duty Warzone. In warzone in tight area fights sliding movement makes it more difficult for aim assist to lock on. Too many hours in that game lol. Its especially frustrating when you spec a player after he fragged you that has terrible movement lock on to your head from 100 meters like he was Rambo. I have zero desire to play any fps with a controller. Occasionally some sports games and that's it. Too tied to the mouse and keyboard since 1995 lol. I get great gratification after shredding some kiddos and telling them in proximity chat after words not only am I old but I actually have to to aim all by myself as well. Keep playing enjoy it. 刀evious 1 Awards

However, not only is there a disparity between Console and KBM, there is the burst packet issue. If you get killed, look at the stats (lower right of screen) and press F. You'll see how many times you were shot and points. If you are firing and have hits on the opponent but they kill you and you only see or hear a couple shots, this is that burst. Look at the stat and some how they shot you 8 or 9 times in a split second. There are videos of this too but I'm too lazy to go find one LOL. I believe its to do with the way BF6 deals with LAG. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy the game a lot with 212 hours, but its just not as much fun as CoD4. Edited 1 hour ago by JoeCamel Awards
