Take a couple of ibuprofen, and a vitamin pack or multi vitamin or something to that effect. Make sure you pee at least twice before you go to your appointed round. Maybe even throw in a cup of coffee or two. Gotta mix inert ingredients with the water. Oh, and i almost forgot. Make sure you take a vitamin c for color. Some places will reject a sample if it's too clean and pure. Good luck my 420 brother. Disclaimer...these results are not guaranteed for you....but they have worked for me in the past. Awards
