Take a couple of ibuprofen, and a vitamin pack or multi vitamin or something to that effect. Make sure you pee at least twice before you go to your appointed round. Maybe even throw in a cup of coffee or two. Gotta mix inert ingredients with the water. Oh, and i almost forgot. Make sure you take a vitamin c for color. Some places will reject a sample if it's too clean and pure. Good luck my 420 brother. Disclaimer...these results are not guaranteed for you....but they have worked for me in the past. Make sure everyone knows like "I sleep from 1 pm to 8 pm" so don't call or stop by... works for me anyway.
