Definitely the second one. I have the Intel Core i7 and it rocks. Play all the games including Black Ops with no problems.

You cant go wrong with either IMO, The top has 6 cores @ 3ghz, has a better video card and room for another, as well as 8gb ram.

THe bottom has a nice i7, less memory , a better powersupply wattage wise and 2 lower quality video cards.

Go with the bottom. More future proof with the Intel Core i7 and higher wattage power supply.

higher psu wattage doesnt mean its better

I have a 5770 in CF and its much better then a 5870
