Hi all. I just got a new video card and i was wondering what would be the best settings to run it at

Simple answer: Just tinker around with it.

Your particular monitor and computer capability will dictate what resolution and settings work best for you. Even though I can max out my system on 1920 x 1080, I find that I like the looks and feel of 1680 x 1050 better. 

 

I'm sure there are others here that can give advice on advanced properties and settings. I too would be interested to hear some of that advice. :)

its call the natural resolution of your screen just google the make of your screen and try that setting.

You should be able to play the latest games at med-high settings at 1680 X 1050, maybe even at 1080P...with playable frame rates...

some games like Metro 2033 are more demanding, but if you play COD games mostly, you'll be laughing
