It had a 318 that would make a loud whistling noise when you punched. Mine was just like the cream colored one below. After about a year with that thing.......I got a '79 Pontiac 6.6L Trans Am with an Olds 403. Sweet car. I traded that for my wife's engagement ring......we still have the ring. Test bed for how much sheer abuse a Chrysler 727 transmission & 8&3/4" rear end could stand. Power brake & neutral drops all day long. Think I still have the 383 hood emblems somewhere. Heater didn't work, no tape deck, and it was white so my class mates called it either "the egg" of "the snow bank" depending on the season. I did get on the weekends my dad's 1984-ish Delta 88: 301 HP and a roomy as heck back seat. Lots of great memories with that beast. Wish I still had it. Awards
