Hope that is OK. I have been running CoD2 on my iMac for the last few years and am thinking it might be time to add another Call of Duty game. Since I run on a Mac platform, only Cod4: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops are available. The Black ops is almost twice the price of MW. I'd like to get some feedback on your preferences between the games and as importantly, how they are in multiplayer, specifically on the Xi servers? Is one game more popular on the Xi servers than the other? I really enjoy the mods on your CoD2 server so would I experience similar mods with the newer games? Thanks. I'd highly recommend COD4 for 2 reasons: 1) It runs well on even some very old Macs 2) There are tons more dedicated servers and specialty mods and maps for COD4 Having said that, COD:BO is not bad, you really need a pretty modern machine to run it well. No Problemo Bill, If you are downloading from the Mac App store it should come all bundled up with the current update and PunkBuster so you should be able to play immediately (once downloading the maps/mods which will happen as you attach to the servers). I'd highly recommend playing on the MW2 FT server which is one of our most popular.
