I just finished building a new rig and I installed COD5, my player profile, etc... The thing is, I can't remember what I did before to have a desktop icon for COD5 that would get me into multiplayer without using the game disk. Just go to the start menu, find the games menu, and just copy the shortcut to your desktop although I thought it prompted to do that during the install.
