I have not had an XP box in my life since win7 has come out i have found win7 very stable and as easy to use as our old friend XP maybe even easier. I have seen every windows and XP is 2nd i have to put win7 1st. I look back and dont see how we wasted to so much time on the old systems and thought wow this is great. My first pc was an 888 and there was no internet as we know it you could bounce off university's and it was all unix in telnet ahhhh those were the days. When yelling at 3am IM IN meant something. It was by far the best OS they made. Simple to use and without all of the bullshit bells and whistles that their OS's have had since then that few use and nobody wanted. Microsoft is doing the same thing to people as Apple by forcing upgrades every few years, just on a much much larger scale. Personally I'd rater be taken advantage of by MS than Apple. Totally stable, not bloated, and the only thing it couldnt handle was video games. But I didnt use it for that purpose. I first got it for graphics and 3D work and it filled that purpose nicely.
