You cant shoot into the current bubbles but you can shoot out of them if you are inside of it. There is a radiation type affect that hits you if you are camping inside of a bubble for a certain length of time. Edited July 12, 2014 by NITRO Awards

Things like the torso can be 1.2 or 1.4 etc depending on the weapon. The head is 1.5. Its not so much the modifier but because health is so low. People here like to be able to kill with pea shooters to the foot. I can universally cut damage to hands/feet by %50 but as always when doing things like this there will be those that like it and those that whine about not being able to kill by shooting a hand.
