suicides dont go up there not my rule just saying

He wasn't a religious person, so I doubt if he was worried about where he was going to spend eternity.

Besides, premarital sex and a ton of other things people do are sins as well, so that probably excludes a shit load of Christians from going "up there" too if you want to take the bible literally.

Just sayin

We to often treat mental illness with kid gloves or trivalize it to a poiint where most live in shame. Depression and mental illness is no diffrent than physical illness and its time we treat it the same.

We lost Robin Williams much to young to severe depression.

RIP Robin, U made me laugh and I thank you for that.

Well said Pete...

Same for PTSD. My brother in law has it bad..... after 5 tours over in Iraq and Afgan it can do it to you? He get a little nuts at times... almost killed his wife.

When I was in the VA a young guy in his 20 opened up to me and he would explain some of the situations he was in in Iraq. Many situations he was not proud of. He witnessed his buddy get blow up and it took off his entire lower half.

I can image something like that stuck in your head would make you crazy at times.

This is one of the best videos of Robin Williams overseas.

Well the news now, from the family, is that he apparently had the early stages of Parkinsons. Another one of those things that surely contributed to state of mind.

I just read that too. He must have had too many things on his plate at once and was too proud to appear in public with tremors.  It's a shame because had he learned to deal with it, he could have done wonders to lift the spirits of people who also have Parkinsons.

My dad was diagnosed with it about the same age as Robin, and fortunately for all of his family and friends he doesn't give a shit what other people think about it. On the contrary he jokes about it and doesn't let it slow him down at all. He's 78 now.

Pay no attention to the troll above.

There hasnt been any confirmation or denial that there was any kind of letter found with him. Unless there was people can only guess motives.

Hey Senapsbread, would you mind clarifying who that was directed toward and why you felt it was necessary to say on our forum?

No doubt... probably why he did it then. He didn't want anyone to see him develop Parkinson.

I am very sorry all who took it personal, it was directed at the person who called him a "fucking dumb ass" for killing himself.

Sitting at a turkey net, it didn't take the quote.

Also sorry if that was to harsh, it's a big trigger point for me.
