BTW, I tried to follow the tree: C : \Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-70434-0. sysdata.xml but when I got past User and came to AppData, I couldn't find AppData. I'm currently running Windows 7 Home Premium.

you have to make sure show hidden files and folders is checked in folder options under view tab,go to control panel click on folder options then click the view tab and then you will see show hidden files and folder place a check mark and then you will see appdata.
