Im too cheap to call my TV provider to come out and install a line to where I want it. That being said how the fuck would I set it up so it will connect with my exsisting AP wirelesly. OR am I thinking this cant be done? Cheers Me.

No matter how you slice-and-dice it, It needs to either connect to a networked PC or directly to your router via ethernet. I looked into this a while ago, and after researching the snot out of it, I ran Cat6 all over the house. Luckily, the basement has a drop-ceiling and the previous owners drilled holes in the floor in several rooms. Awards

I could go by a Telus STB that is wireless (they do have one) But I'd rather not spend the money on a new STB or having someone come out. Looks like either way the 10 bux Ive spent all together isnt that bad of an investment. Me. loaderXI 1

They work great with fantastic performance. http://www.amazon.com/TP-LINK-TL-PA4010KIT-Powerline-Adapter-Starter/dp/B00AWRUICG Then I kept reading.. Well these only solves the network issues. There is always a way if you think about it. Or just buy a tv sender that plugs into you set top box and then beams it to what ever tv you want it too and you then can change channel ect but you would be limited to watching the same program in both rooms Awards
