So lets say in this case 21 people. Now as a clan you want member to have certain privileges like the ability to get into a full server. So the clan pays for 2 more slots and makes then password protected. So the server only holds 21 players but we have 2 slots that a member can use to get into the server at which time the server see one to many players and kicks the none member with the lowest score. Thats kinda how that works. Hope it helps .
