Actually tweaking both will provide great results for resolutions 1680x1050 and lower u could gain 5-10 fps with everything maxed. Now with reolution 1920x1080 and beyond you may be lucky to get 2 frames extra all maxed out. I am running 2 x 5870's in crossfire i was getting 41.3 fps on stock with Heaven Benchmark v1.0 dx11 everything maxed. Now after tweaking i am upto 45fps all maxed. I am also on liquid cooling with full surface video water blocks. I would try a 725 core and around a possible 950 mem this can cause the famous BSOD (blue screen of death). Every minute you spend trying to tweak you lose playing the game With that card you are already inthe top 5 % if not even higher.
