   Hey there,

   I'm a regular player on the cod4 freezetag server and today I decided to play COD2 for the very first time and where else would I test the game but XI. As soon as I try joining >XI< Team Death Match I get the following image: https://imageupload.io/cHujbTHARJjaJAw saying that I'm banned from the server.

   I've never been on the server so I don't know what my guid is but you might be able to check it out from the Sniper server as I joined earlier today. Thank you!

Hmm Pickle have you had a name change? no alias name before pickle? bans are normally tied to guid not names

PickleRick what Hatchet lips said and what name did you use going in as I see no listing of you either being banned or attempting to join our Cod2 server

I haven't used any other name. As I said yesterday was my first time playing COD2 and I've only used PickleRick. If you can't track any record don't worry I mostly play cod4 anyways just wanted to check it out.

Fair enough but by all means if there is a error some where surely I would want to clear it up and every year on or about the 18th of December we have a commemorative event on our Cod2 server for our fallen members...Would love for you attend it

I have found your ip xx.xxx.47.170 (Cod4) and even searched with that and nothing shows

If you have teamspeak perhaps we can meet up on there and have you log in to server and capture your info that way

I would certainly love to attend. I have no TeamSpeak but I've joined on the sniper server yesterday as well. Maybe you could find something there.

LOL I have access to all logs and you are not showing up "yet"

I should ask if this is a copy of Cod2 you acquired from someone else because Puckbuster would kill the guid/key to that copy...The way our system works it the ban would be across all servers via our bot...In your case you have stated you were on our Cod2 Sniper server but showed up as banned on Our TDM server...So for me it sounds like a error of some sorts...There has been no bans put forward by our admins on Cod2 in a while

Either way I would like to get it sorted out as discovery may prevent future problems with other players

Yes it is a copy and that seems like the cause of the problem. I probably should get my own lol. Thanks for your help!
