Yard bird is so versatile. 
How many of you save the bones for stock, br0th, consomme?
I bag & freeze the bones; using them when I have enough quantity & time.

You can make a nice chicken salad out of that as well but a Rotisserie chicken from a store is much faster. 

 

Dill Pickles, Celery Stick and Miracle Whip. Chick Salad with Miracle Whip is AMAZING!
