Happy Birthday, ViPRz!

So, got the vacation days approved and will be driving down Wednesday. Worked out great, as I need to vist a Ford plant near Cinnci (on the way down), so employer picks up some of the mileage and lets me get down sooner - I'll be a the hotel Wednesday night! I'll have a Chevy Avalanche and can shuttle some of you idiots around (before drinking commences, of course). As I said previously, been there 7 or 8 of last 12 years, just this past April, in fact. Not a big fan of the Ripleys, mansion, trouristy stuff (okay when kids were little) - perhaps some of you might want to shoot. There's a nice gun range in Sevierville, called Buds - shot some with my son two years ago. And a HUGE gun/knife store right next door. Ober Gatlinburg is nice, if weather's nice. Aquarium is quite nice, wouldn't expect in the Smokies! Alpine coaster looks awesome and haven't done that. There's a good zip line north of Gatlinburg also we did last year. A great restaurant south side of Pigeon Forge is the Old Mill - big chicken dinner, corn chowder soup, rolls with honey butter...lots of food for the money and good! Yummm! I favored the German beers for years, but recently been finding I like the IPAs. Bells Two Hearted and Shorts Brew Huma Hupa Licious are my favorites lately. Can't drink many though, since they are 7% and 7.5%, respectively. They will fuck you up quickly!! Fat Tire has a couple also, like Ranger that is a good IPA and "only" 6.5%!!
