Get a new hard drive. Use your win 7 disc to reinstall not repair. Use your code on the back of the laptop to make it official. if you got files/pics they are lost unless you can find someone to get them back, the more times you try to use the drive the more you lose. You dont need anything but a win 7 disc as Toshiba most likely installs a bunch of stuff you dont want anyway.

You would have to get HijackThis http://www.filehippo...oad_hijackthis/ and look over the log files or have them read. It is far from easy. You can take the report and post a help question at Experts Exchange http://www.experts-exchange.com/ and have someone there read it. Or you just reload. It is always good to reload.. it gives you a fresh OS. I would be very careful anytime Hxtr offers to help you back up your shit
