I used to live in CHATAM NB by the miramichi river ,winters can be tough out their ,but here in alberta its being a strange winter in deed ,spring temps all winter long ,useually our winters out here are minus -35c and fair amount of snow BUT this year +temps most of the winter STRANGE indeed , this year i have saved hundreds of dollars in heat bill cant complain.

I think it's important for all COD5 players to understand that general griping about other players, while given a certain amount of leeway, is not of general good sportsmanship, and all too frequently encroaches on our rules against berating another player for their style of gameplay, or of all out personally attacking the other player.  Let's all try to set a good example and not sink to stupid lows.  It's about having fun which is always better when you don't sweat the small stuff.  I'm probably preaching to the choir since most people who are reading this are already singing the same hymn.

He has been a law enforcement officer for 28 years and this was the first time he has had to fire his weapon at someone. Canada is not a violent country but when needed, it has to be done. The man is a hero.

No, Harry, I don't see it that way at all.  At least I, for one, am NOT telling Dean to fuck off.  What I am doing is upholding the rule of this Clan on COD WaW servers that spawn camping, and bettying is not allowed.  Further, if if there is no way to enter the primary field of play except by exiting a tunnel, and that tunnel exit point is being bettied/camped, the net effect is the same as directly camping/bettying the spawn point itself.  I think he is justifiably angry that there has been an apparent overturning of this rule by another Admin.  Regardless of whatever was actually said in-game, any overturning of the rule is simply not the case.  The rules stand as they always have.  What I find disturbing, among other even more troubling issues with all of this, is the frequency with which this seems to come into question.  I really don't get what some people don't understand and why we have to keep regurgitating this shit over and over and over!

Note to self, always remember not to tell this group what bothers you! You know what they'll all do to 'F' with ya.

I don't care for this bullshit. We do not tolerate hacking from anyone, if you admit that you have used hacks you will be removed from the website and servers. I do not care for people hacking and then trying to take the moral high ground.

86JR, it's simple. It really doesn't matter what your desires or motivations are or were. WE DO NOT ALLOW HACKERS TO PLAY HERE. Whether they hack on other servers, but not ours. If they hack one time, in one game, for one round, or for a year. All hackers are treated equally. They get the boot.  You may not even get to read this message, because you have been universally banned on our servers and website. IF you do see it before the ban goes into effect, please let it be a lesson for the future. SOME clans take hacking, in any form, very seriously. We are one of those clans. There is something you don't seem to have a grasp on in that self centered little mind of yours. You claim that you didn't hack on XI servers "out of respect" for XI, so technically we didn't catch you here so you shouldn't be banned. Is that the logic you are applying to your argument?
 
I have news for you, we have THOUSANDS of bans in place for people who have never played on XI that have been downloaded from Punk Buster.  If you cheat ON ANY SERVER you are not welcome here. I and many of the admins frequently visit servers for other clans under an alias and spectate people who frequent our servers, just to see what they are up to. I've personally caught a few hackers on our servers that way.
 
One more thing, feel free to buy as many new copies of the game for a new GUID as often as you would like. As soon as I am done typing this I will be sending a private message to the senior admin team to ban your IP address from all servers and the web site. We also don't allow players to play through proxy servers just in case you were thinking of trying that. So unless you plan on changing internet providers frequently just so you can play here, good luck with that.

From the tone of the responses you've gotten @@86JR you may just want to change your attitude or it's all a forgone conclusion. You see >XI< is a pretty forgiving clan with very few rules and second on the list is NO CHEATING OF ANY KIND! When you cheat on anyone's server you have violated our code and that puts up a boundary between you and our servers! To change that you really should think about any thing you say. Like for instance: "I just wanted to know what it was like." That curiosity just may make you know how it feels to be banned! I hate cheaters and liars to no end! Being transparent is a thing you do when you get caught. "Oops you caught me wanking but I just wanted to see what it felt like!" That's a moron not an Idiot!

You got frustrated that other players beat you and you bought hacks and used them on public servers fucking up everyone's day for two days and that's OK and we shouldn't judge.
I used to be head admin for the DEmon Internet NL counter-strike servers before I had broadband. Every frickin' day there would be a dozen replays waiting for me in my inbox to ban yet another insufferable 14-year old who invariably was "only trying it out to see what it's like" and every single fucking one of the cunts thought it was unfair to ban them since they didn't mean to mess up the evening of a dozen or more players. To make all those players acutely aware that there are cunts in the world who will come and fuck up your evening's game time because they want to win, as if winning a video game somehow matters more than having fun.

I'm pretty sure XI is an adult clan. To my mind, being an adult does mean not doing this sort of trash.

Whether you get ousted and banned from the site or not I don't know, but I certainly wouldn't expect this sort of behaviour to make you many friends. Certainly not many with beaks.

Imo, that is a glitch and I would tell anyone to get out of there. I'm sure the mapmaker did not intend on that being a playable area. Anytime you can see white cracks, you're to close to the edge of the map or somewhere you should not be.  A player should not have to continue to look for muzzle flash to find the person that keeps killing them. They should be able to see them and not depend on a muzzle flash. Most of you are good players anyway and don't need to go looking around for places that are or could be considered glitches. Act like adults and play fair, within the bounds of the mapmakers intended areas, not boarding on the cracks of a map.

I placed a 24 hour temp ban on you so that you would come in and have something explained to you.

I was there when SEVERAL people went out into that area. It's a glitch as the map maker did not intend for people to go there. Everyone arguing but you can shoot him it's the same as blah blah blah...No it's not because the difference between a bush that's good for hiding inside the map and one that's outside the map is just that, it's outside the fucking map. It's always been a long standing rule that when the map maker didn't intend for you to go there it is a glitch and outside map. Quit trying to reinvent the wheel and remake the rules. They were in place long before any of us were members. As for White Dragon, he is a great guy who I guarantee got the idea from someone else who said, "hey look at this cool place.". Just as I heard people saying. Warn him, post on here for everyone else not to go there and then ban there asses when they do.

P.s..GLITCHING or Exploring glitches in ANY XI server is a BAN..is 1 of the first rules you read when joining game..
