    Any admin kicking players because they don't like them or they're too good, need to be fired. That should never happen on an XI server. If you've been a victim of something like that, please report it to a senior admin. Likewise, if members are mistreating new folks and driving them away, they need to be taken to the woodshed.

    I'm ignorant of this process but it sounds very cumbersome and seems to be causing recurring problems. Can smarter people than me recommend a permanent fix which would eliminate all of this regular and very tedious work?
