I would suspect that whatever change you made in settings further complicated a previous issue. As per other advice here, first, remove the USB hub and all other devices using USB ports. Plug in only the keyboard and mouse, nothing else, then boot and if successful, attempt a restore to a previous saved point. Hopefully, this will undo any changes made in settings (as a piece of advice, never change settings unless you fully understand what you're doing and how you can undo it.)
Once back up from restore, begin plugging in your USB devices. Make sure each is recognized and working before you plug in the next one. It may well be that you had too many powered USB deices on the hub, which overloaded the mobo's ability to deliver sufficient power to all of them, which could have damaged your mobo. The process above, if things go OK, will determine that because you'll find that devices won't install as you had them previously set up.
