Last fall I suffered a significant drop in kidney function and after months of tests, got a diagnosis yesterday: multiple myeloma. This is a rare cancer of the plasma cells in the bone marrow and unfortunately, is incurable. The cause is unknown though it may be related to an abnormal chromosome. Typically, kidneys are the first organs which suffer.
 
   The object of treatment is to push the disease into some aspect of remission and depending on various factors, including current stage, there's been good success adding years to life - average lifespan from diagnosis is 3-4 years. Treatment usually involves intensive chemo and various other drugs but I won't know those options until a battery of new tests determine where I am with it.
 
   I intend to conduct my life as normally as I can, and fight with everything I've got. We have to play the cards we're dealt, and I am thankful for my friends at XI and the 67 good years I have had on the planet, and hopeful for many more.

Windows8 for PC and windows8 for a tab are not the same operating system, the have the same GUI but there are many differences
So no windows 8 is not like Android
windows 8Pro (PC) Windows 8RT (tab, or like Android)

To go over what has been said over 100 times again. 
 
We do not agree with the single violation #50710 being 100% valid so will not be enforcing it on our servers, however because of how the systems work we cannot stop Punkbuster kicking for it. We are preventing our bans from being streamed to the MBi but are continuing to stream from the MBi minus #50710. If you are kicked then wait the 2 minutes without reconnecting and you will be able to play. 
 
If we were to disable Punkbuster entirely we would be letting any hacker join, so with our current approach although annoying to those who are affected is the best for the servers.

I understand the issues you had to deal with, but I see too many parents that are just lazy or as I said before "just don't get it, and I also have seen the results of the lazy parents. Kids that grow up and you know they had very little chance from the start. When I was raising my kids I was shocked to find out how many parents had their kids on Ritalin...really!!!! Now some kids need help in this way but this is an epidemic of lazy parenting, not a child issue.

ok Il just tell you this,my oldest son has alot of issues with his aspbergers and was a hyper and extrmily adventurous and sneaky when young.He would climb over child gates unlock doors and run out of the house  if you didnt watch him 24/7.You would turn around and the kid was gone...Im talking he was 4 yrs old .He had another infant sibling at the time so watching him was a chore and taking care of baby and home...I had to put hook latches ontop of all the doors  and exits ...it was crazy...once he got out and we found him 4 houses down playing with the one box of legos the older couple had in storage in there basemant closet..they herard something and found him .once he wanted to swim in the neighbors pool.they called the police ...once while visiting my mom in another town we were all together in her backyard and the next moment it wa omg where is wes...he went across the street walked thru the house and was in the backyard eating cake and icecream at a kids birthday party he heard....we wree so scared he would wander off someday because he was so curious or got distracted ...so
we were just like that demon of a mother you insulted..YES we put a kids leash on him whene we had to cart up the whole family and go to the mall or public shopping  so he wouldnt dash .ya know it worked  and we may have gotten some looks  and never a shit comment from someone that has no clue btw-but its better then loseing my son in the middle of nowhere and being on the news later that day...so next time perhaps politely mabe just ask why and not just insult someone dealing with an obviously awkward for them situation that you are prejudging

1911 is on my wish list, I picked up a S&W compact M&P9 this year, wife will have a fit if I run out and get a 1911......but on the other hand she does not have to know
