OK, a few things here....... Angel - PLEASE do not call us Texas....we are Texas A&M! OK, so I took the big leap today and bought my first AR. I still need to get a scope and a red dot sight on it....but that will come later. It is a SOG Armory custom 5.56, 18' with full length gas system, DiamondHead rails and flip up DiamondHead sights. Actually, I noticed in the pic that the sights are flipped down, doh. Anyway, It should be fun!
