I write with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes as my Grandfather has passed away. He was 94 and a man who taught me a lot in life when my father was busy working. I will miss him but will always have the memories of him and the one I would like to share with you all is that he was a bee keeper and made some of the best honey in New York. He was a strong man but always had a caring personality. I am off to work from 5 am to 5pm and will see you idiots over the weekend as I will be off from thursday to sunday. Take care all and remember to always spend time with the ones you love because those are the memories that stay with you.

Hey Baldie sorry to hear that... It is getting like that all over now. every job there is job cuts/Pay cuts and if you have not yet you will. I recently quit my job installing broadband equipment in BT Exchanges nationwide. It was cool a few years ago making a lot of money then boom... pay cuts on jobs...less time to do jobs... more hours worked for less money.. eventually I couldn't hack no more I was working from 5 in the morning till a lot of the times 9 at night. It was Shit. So they are all at it mate... 

Hi guy's just venting here because the company I work for is now owned by fucking wankers.
As you know I work for Virgin Media......Which is now owned by Liberty Global ( money grabbing Wankers)
Well my Broadband Router packed up so I got a replacement off my van phoned up Activations to replace and activate it.
 
Should be simple yes ?
Oh no now we have to book a fault and because we are staff we have to wait 2 weeks before we get it fixed.....And we are not allowed to fix it ourselves.
Total bullshit, we are still expected to pay our bill which Instead of paying half price with staff discount is now only 25% OFF.....
And they did not tell us of price increase......
Then we find out from our supervisor we might have to re apply for our jobs so they can screw us over and pay us less on a new contract....
 
But Baldie gets the last laugh I have a manager who owed me a favour and he Activated the new router for me...... Fuck them.
 
And if they want me to re apply for my job Fuck em I will go and work for their rivals at BT before I do that...

I thought this name thing would go better , but..every one in game still calls me Chile, there fore no purpose in keeping Lautaro name..Besides Pete is calling me Larry cause he can't pronounce other and now P!nk is calling me Laura..$%@$^#%&^*** Beeech..

I've been fishing a lot lately check these pics out

Me and my brother went fishing this weekend.
So we set up our fishing gear and saw the lightning slowely comming our way.
 
a few hours later it was raining cats and dogs.
It took us a 100 pictures to get these two.
