    I've had this with Intel graphics drivers. Seems to do it with the auto install. Installing manually from device manager clears the error for me.

    Full screen optimization allows the operating system to try and optimize performance for games and like most other Windows features it doesn't work well. This is one of the first settings I change after installing the game.

    The location will depend on your UAC settings. Show hidden files and folders. For me my files are located here; Username/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files (x86)/Call of Duty/uo/uoconfig and uoconfig_mp. My UAC settings are default. I changed these settings both for single and multiplayer.

    1. Seta r mode “-1” 2. seta r_customwidth xxxx customheight xxxx 3. seta com_introplayed “1” 4. seta r-ignorehwgamma “1” Set wide screen resolution in config, not the game. For me brightness was broken. With these settings my game runs perfect, loads quick and no black screens.

    Looks like Microsoft will be killing off older computers with windows 11, will require UEFI, Secure Boot, TPM 2.0 and direct x 12 graphics support.

    Just installed United Offensive, couple of changes to config file and works fine on Windows 10.

    Released in October 2021, Windows 10 supported until 2025. We’ll see on the 24th.

    Windows 10 Game Mode can cause problems with windows refresh rate settings. Make sure everything is disabled under Windows Game Mode settings. Also disable any Full Screen Optimizations for the games you play.

    Have had this same experience. Just as J3st3r has said, G-Sync will only work on Display Port and will not work on hdmi or an hdmi-display port adapter.

    Gpu will be any of the connectors marked "cpu/pci-e" The motherboard will use BOTH conectors within the marked brackets, the 10pin and the 18 pin which make up the 24 pin connector.

    Exact same symptoms with the Johnson and Johnson which is made the same way as the Astra Zeneca. Did not really start to feel well until the next morning.
