Can you remove all your mod folders to your desktop and redownload them 1 server at a time ? and try If not can you get a known working iw3mp.exe file from someone ? If you MUST reinstall backup your players folder

What type of connection do you have cable/wifi ? Have you had lots of rain ? You can do a tracert thru your run command and see if it is dropping some where To run trace route on Windows: Open the command prompt. Go to Start > Run . ... In the command prompt, type: tracert 198.27.126.80 <----that ip is NEW MW2 Freezetag you can put what servers ip you have thew lag on there You may have to wait up to a minute or more for the test to complete. ... you can use your search to find command prompts if need be

I will give this advice but you will need a thumb drive download malwarebytes to the thumb drive then boot your pc in safe mode plug the thumb drive in and launch malwarebytes from there and run a full scan it should find it and remove it You can try this with other adware tools as well but rember thumb drive and safe mode
