This is a "clipping" error done by map maker...Not sure we can do anything Sometimes you find errors where you can walk through structures (no clip) and others you walk into things that are not there (miss placed clip)...Same can be true for bullets...You can shoot through a wall but not a bush Here in this image you see clipping being added to structures

Thing is with Steam you never have to uninstall just verify files with Steam...It will remove "everything" that has been added so I would back up maps and player folder... Login in to Steam, Library, WAW, Properties, Local Files, Verify Integrity of Game Files

Always aim ahead/forward of subject and sweep back towards the direction they are moving...Also practice elevating weapon higher...If you check stats on most people they are shooting low and as result can not hit the bunny hoppers....While playing in game the score tells me who is shooting to low

@bds1961Question for you is are you using DX9 or DX7...Cod2 prefers DX7 over DX9... The other things you can do is make sure electric/power cables are moved away from input cables... Next make sure your drivers are up to date and make sure your game display setting match that of your desktop settings... There is also a hidden game mode which you can find by searching "Game Mode Settings" on your Windows search bar and give a exception or turn off...Mine is set to off The most common over looked thing is a build up of dust in your Pc which causes heat spikes Finally you could do a "tracecert" with Command Prompts to see if you are bottling in Network or some where between you and the Server you are playing on which is most common Finally you could try a Game booster there are many out there and truth be told I have not used one since Our competitive gaming days of beating other Clans asses Basically it dedicates your Pc to gaming when turned on and it will prevent other programs from sniffing for updates and such
