I have to agree with @RobMc sounds to me like the video card could be on its way to the grave! This happened to me with one of my last video cards it would flicker then it would be good then all of the sudden Anomalies would happen and it would freeze the computer. Bought another one and it worked perfect no more issues...

Its good if you like this type of Music but there is a transition going on in the USA where a lot of collaboration happening with the Reggaeton and Rap artist as well as other artist including Latin music stars that I believe would benefit your buddy. Have him seek other artist from different backgrounds to come together on a soundtrack with different vibes that would revive the music a bit ( pass it along) ! Good Luck to your buddy from me he has talent just needs tweaking

@BigPapaDean You will have to boot in safe mode and remove everything that points to it loading in your system startup etc. I would also try a virus remover sometimes it requires several virus removers to get it all out including some editing and removal. Avast is pretty good SPYBOT Search and Destroy Adware Kaspersky Good Luck

Janey, I haven not had the opportunity to have played with you but I'm sure your a fantastic person a good player and great XI member ! Remember there is always light at the end of the tunnel enjoy life, live it to the fullest and always be happy no matter how bad things are. Do what you want to do be kind to everyone and you will be re-paid ten fold. As far as your machine turning off it could be a overheating issue with vid or power supply maybe a bad overheating ram chip... I would start by reseating the video and ram chips see if that helps....or removing any dust in the system. We at XI are here for you if you need anything just send us a PM if you need anything!

Truly Sadden by his passing he was always in my thoughts! I like so many of us idiots played with him every morning in the Breakfast Club with Beers and the rest of the gang.
