Oh I don't disagree with you if it is a personal attack and persistent, that is definitely wrong, and surprise buddy but the reason that I never play on ftag1 now is for precisely that reason, I got a torrent of real bad abuse night after night by one player who the admin told to 'be a good boy', and of course never did. Didn't bother me at all, I'm thick skinned, but it spoilt the fun on the server with this one particular player there, so I went back to WAW, lmfao when he turned up on MW2 one day and I whopped his arse so bad he left in a ragequit and never returned. The mw2 server is fun BECAUSE of the banter, both verbal and written, long may the adult theme continue there, if you don't like it don't play there, it's for big boys (and Wildthing) not wimps. Snowflake, you've been here two minutes and you want change? played with Recoillz for years on acemod and ftag, either don't play with him or tell him to fuck off. I disagree, it's like playing on our servers on an acorn, I don't mind at all the old body with modern suspension, engine and brakes. I recently sold on Ebay 6 original 35 amp fuses for £20 each to lunatics who need originality for their restorations, lucky me, sad them. I love watching Fantomworks where Dan makes a new car out of an old one, Bobby and Mark are heroes to me, very skilled people. The reason is these vehicles are to be used, not stuck in an air conditioned room and towed to competitions. I've never done a car, only bikes, and have in some instances restored to original, but the best ones were using modern technology to make them more reliable, and USE.

From my very first bike 50 years ago, in that entire time no one but me ever worked on my bikes, not so my cars I had no interest. I appreciate that modern machines are a lot more complicated which is a pity, but of course they are a lot more reliable, no round the world trips until the Japanese arrived. So yes it is very hard for garden shed mechanics nowadays.
