  1. Your premise of their motive for posting is inaccurate.
  2. Yeah, yeah... which goes back to 'character' as foundational. Even a well-meaning, ignorant person is gonna at least not fuck it up further than an educated fucknugget with unresolved issues. =D
  3. Not just LEO's, any public service field, where interacting with the public is a central component of the job. Nursing, gas stations, White Castle... seeing people for what they are & handling the situation to make it as sm00th an interpersonal interaction for all involved, while not taking it personally, is integral, crucial. For yourself & whoever else. Reading a person or persons & using benign manipulation, mirroring, empathy... just as part of the 'job'. Psychology courses, maintaining detachment... yadda yadda...
  4. Character would be paramount, imho. Having been in customer service of varying degrees- with & without degrees - not taking what some random stranger says personally is a requisite for equanimity & sanity. Some places do great; others need to filter for temperament.
  5. Gonna roll it into a blunt; just softening it a bit.
  6. Realized I was out of tp whilst p00pin; only thing in reach was some glossy stock. You can imagine...opted for a sock. It was either that or the cat.
  7. It's shitchute, the nexus of legitimacy & source of countless Pulitzers. How's that ribeye steak-hand investigation skaking out? Oh, that's the other site of auspiciousness, huzlers or something.

  9. Encountered more today, directly across the street:
  10. Yeah, it means also that over here, t00.
  11. As I said in the OP, they come hang out in the neighborhoods in & around Fort Knox when hunting season approaches. He knows he's safe, as evidenced by my having to holler @ him after already not eliciting a response with a loud kissing noise.
  12. Crossed paths with him this evening while on a delivery run. Absolutely beautiful. The deer here, on Fort Knox, know when hunting season approaches & they'll move to the safety of the cantonment area, grazing in back yards & on the golf courses. They will even wait for traffic to pass before crossing the street, watching you pass mere feet away with a mildly-interested gaze. That I had to holler at old boy to get his attention shows their comfortable complacency. I remember riding my bike in this neighborhood some 43 years ago, crossing paths with groups of deer as I rode on the sidewalk, stopping mere feet away from them as they stood on the grass, looking back.

  15. If I wasn't as hungry, mighta hit it.
  16. Usually.
  17. Culinary conquest.
  18. @TBB How shall this be prepared. I can already see some Red Eye gravy in the near future. Recipe suggestions are welcome. Also, pigs like pig, too. It's all good in the hood.
  19. YUM-YUMMY!
  20. Thanks a lot! Now, I'm not only hungry; but you scared the shit outta me & prolly my neighbors because I had to turn the volume up to 87 to understand what you were saying, because it sounds like you're talking from an adjacent room & I forgot to turn the volume back down before another You Tube video played.
  21. what does that have to do with comparative odds between a real casino & a game for fun? I'm saying, if a casino that's out to take your REAL $$$ gives waaaay better odds than a game for fun, then that game for fun is entirely not trying to be very fun. It's an opinion. Still don't see how your apparent non sequitur relates to the statement made.
  22. I live in Kentucky, no roof racks. Just use my judgment when to shift around 2.5 as opposed to 3-4 rpms. This model year redlines at 7. Lots of fun.
  23. Lol, what plate color would make you happy, buddy? Doesn't cross my mind when eating.
